She seeks the ultimate food experience. While she still travels regularly, back at home in Japan, she is now sharing the fruits of her knowledge at cooking classes offered in the Nagoya-area, in the Aichi prefecture of her home country.
Her repertoire includes dishes inspired by the Pacific Rim and Europe, specializing in traditional and modern Japanese, Italian, French, Korean, and Chinese food.
